In support of the local Aikido community, Ei Mei Kan often hosts guest instructors from other dojos and makes reciprocal visits to those dojos. Please see the announcements page for details.
Please make the effort to arrive ahead of time so that you are ready to practice 5–10 minutes before the time that the class is scheduled to begin. If you do not yet own a gi (the white Japanese garment worn during Aikido practice), please wear loose-fitting but relatively hard-wearing comfortable clothes. For reasons of hygiene and safety, please remove all items of jewellery before practice, and keep your finger- and toe-nails neatly trimmed.
